444j Terms & Conditions

1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 444j ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 444j website, mobile site, and all associated services including sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, crash games, and any promotional offers made available through the platform.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager on 444j, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or continue to use the platform.

These Terms are written in English and the English version is the authoritative version. Where any translation is provided for convenience, the English text shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or dispute.

1.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 444j's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration. 444j operates as a platform for entertainment purposes and makes no representation regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction outside its operating territories.

1.2 Language of Communication

The official language of the 444j platform and all formal communications — including account notices, withdrawal confirmations, bonus award notifications, and these Terms — is English. Customer support is available in both English and Bengali. All formal contractual documents, including these Terms, are binding in their English form.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To access the full range of 444j services — including placing bets, participating in promotions, and processing deposits or withdrawals — you must first register a personal account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible players resident in Bangladesh.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to open and maintain a 444j account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 444j operates a strict 18+ policy. Creating an account on behalf of a minor, or knowingly allowing a minor to use your account, is a serious violation of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.
• You are a natural person (individual). Corporate entities, trusts, and artificial persons may not register player accounts.
• You are registering for personal entertainment purposes only, not as an agent or on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the 444j platform, either voluntarily through a self-exclusion request or as a result of a Terms violation.
• You hold a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh and have access to at least one of the supported payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one 444j account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same payment method, or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 444j reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any balances, and permanently ban the player from the platform.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

444j may request identity verification documents at any point during your use of the platform, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable verification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified in the verification request may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

2.4 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering your account and at any point when updating your account details. Providing false information — including a false date of birth, a name that does not match your payment method, or a mobile number that does not belong to you — is a material breach of these Terms.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 444j — including deposits, withdrawals, and balance transfers — are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the ৳ symbol. 444j does not support foreign currency accounts. There are no currency conversion fees.

3.1 Supported Payment Methods

444j currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash — Bangladesh's largest mobile financial service provider. Deposits are credited instantly. Withdrawals typically reach the linked bKash wallet within 5–15 minutes.
• Nagad — Operated by Bangladesh Post Office. Instant deposits; withdrawals processed within 5–20 minutes.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service. Deposits credited within 2 minutes; withdrawals within 10–30 minutes.
• Upay — United Commercial Bank's mobile wallet. Instant deposits; withdrawals within 10–20 minutes.

All withdrawal requests are subject to a verification step before processing. The timeframes stated above begin after verification is completed, not from the time of the initial withdrawal request.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Maximum single deposit: ৳200,000
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳100,000
• Daily withdrawal limit: ৳300,000

444j reserves the right to amend these limits at any time without prior notice. Updated limits will be reflected in the cashier section of your account.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a successful deposit on the same account. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering. 444j does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not registered in the account holder's own name.

Where a bonus has been credited to your account, the associated wagering requirements must be fully met before the bonus balance (and any winnings generated from it) becomes eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw funds that remain subject to active wagering requirements will result in the automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance.

3.4 Transaction Fees

444j does not charge any processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their standard tariff. 444j has no control over and accepts no liability for fees charged by third-party payment providers.

4 Bonus & Promotion Policy

444j offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses offered by 444j are subject to a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (for example, 30x). A wagering requirement of 30x means that the total value of the bonus (or the combined deposit-plus-bonus amount, as specified per promotion) must be wagered in full before any portion of the bonus balance or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering must be completed within the validity period stated in the offer terms.

4.2 Game Contributions

Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. The standard contribution rates are as follows:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Crash games (Aviator, JetX): 100% contribution
• Live casino table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10% contribution
• Andar Bahar, Teen Patti: 10% contribution
• Sports betting (pre-match and in-play): 100% contribution at minimum odds of 1.50
• Jackpot slots: 0% contribution unless otherwise stated

Where a specific promotion states different contribution rates, those rates take precedence over the defaults listed above.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

444j maintains active monitoring for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, placing opposing bets across two accounts to guarantee a risk-free outcome, exploiting promotional terms in a manner clearly not intended, and using automated tools or bots to complete wagering requirements. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus balance and associated winnings permanently voided and their account suspended.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

444j provides sports betting, live casino games, slots, and crash games. Each product category operates under specific rules that apply in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. By placing a bet or participating in any game on 444j, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable game rules.

5.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet has been accepted and a bet reference number issued, the odds are fixed and cannot be amended. 444j reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a technical error caused incorrect odds to be displayed, where the event has already commenced at the time of placement (unless in-play betting is explicitly offered), or where there is clear evidence of match manipulation.

Settlement of cricket bets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, bilateral series, and other cricket markets — will be based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent). If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules published for that market.

5.2 Casino and Live Casino

All casino games — including live dealer tables powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) software and are subject to independent fair-play auditing. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is disclosed in the game's information panel. Live casino table limits are displayed at each table before you join.

5.3 Crash Games

Crash games including Aviator by Spribe use provably fair algorithms, meaning the outcome of each round can be independently verified by the player using a cryptographic seed. 444j does not influence crash game outcomes. Results are determined solely by the game provider's certified algorithm.

5.4 Bet Cancellation

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 444j system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. If you believe a bet was placed in error, you should contact 444j support immediately; however, cancellation is at the sole discretion of 444j and is not guaranteed.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on 444j, you agree to use the platform responsibly, honestly, and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and a permanent ban from the platform:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using false or third-party details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or complete wagering requirements.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform's favour without reporting them to 444j support. Knowingly exploiting a technical error is treated as fraud.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games, or any other multiplayer environment.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any transaction on 444j that is connected to criminal proceeds.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you, or funding your account from a shared, corporate, or third-party mobile wallet.
• Making false, defamatory, or misleading statements about 444j in any public forum, social media platform, or communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other players' accounts or to any restricted areas of the 444j platform.

6.1 Reporting Suspected Violations

If you become aware of any conduct by another player that you believe violates these Terms — including suspected collusion, bot activity, or account sharing — please report it to the 444j support team via live chat. All reports are treated confidentially and investigated promptly.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

444j reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a violation of these Terms has occurred, where account activity poses a fraud or money laundering risk, or where continued operation of the account would be contrary to the platform's responsible gaming obligations.

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the voluntary closure of your 444j account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before processing a closure request, 444j will confirm that all active bets have been settled, that there are no pending withdrawal requests, and that no active bonus wagering requirements remain. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following standard withdrawal processing.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion. Self-exclusion differs from voluntary closure in that it applies a cooling-off period during which re-registration is not permitted. Self-exclusion options include time-limited periods (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months) or permanent exclusion. 7.3 Funds on Closure

Where an account is closed by 444j due to a Terms violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that the balance includes funds obtained through fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a violation of these Terms, those funds will be permanently forfeited. Real-money funds that are confirmed as legitimate deposits will be returned to the player's registered payment method after deduction of any applicable charges.

8 Limitation of Liability

444j provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from downtime, errors, or technical interruptions at all times. In particular, service availability may be affected by scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.

8.1 No Warranty

444j makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of odds, the availability of specific markets, or the uninterrupted operation of any game or betting product. Odds and markets are subject to change without notice up until the moment a bet is confirmed and accepted.

8.2 Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 444j's total aggregate liability to any player — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.3 Force Majeure

444j shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from any cause beyond 444j's reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, telecommunications network failures, government actions, civil unrest, or extended third-party payment provider outages. In such circumstances 444j will use reasonable efforts to resume normal service as quickly as practicable and to communicate expected restoration timelines to affected players via the platform's notification system.
